This last episode was incredibly sad - although the acting from Peter and Jenna was amazing. They have such wonderful chemistry together. I am really going to miss her as his Companion.

That moment when The Doctor looks at her, his eyes moist, his whole soul in his expression, and gently kisses Clara's hand was so heartbreaking. And Clara's expression looking back at him - "The Impossible Girl" going out with head held high, and brave to the end. So much love expressed between the pair of them - all unspoken, and all the more powerful because of that.

My own eyes were pretty moist for these last scenes too.

And - Could I please be added to the list of fans for this forum? Thank you!

the script for the episode was released and it says that the Doctor carried Clara back inside and told Rigsy to tell her friends and students about her death
