Shell, I have Jasc Paint Shop Pro 9 on free trial, as far as I know, it doesn't have animation?

God, I know! I still can't believe that Zac could be so deep and meaningful! Hey hey hey! I spent an hour or so fiddling with my program, and then it clicked!!! I am able to make animation avatars but I don't know how to save the file as .gif as it saves it as something else (flash file I guess). How can I change this? Otherwise, I have no problems. If anyone could find any pics where Elijah and Dom are looking couply, I'd appreciate it. I have a great idea for an avvie. Also, if anyone could offer some avvie making help, that'd be great too. __________________

Ok... animated icons! First, I use adobe image ready for mine, so I'm not sure if it works the same.. but when you go to 'file' and then 'save as' it will always save them as a still pic.
What you should do, (assuming its the same for whatever program you're using) is go to 'file' then 'save optimized' And then it will keep moving as a gif, jpeg, or png file! Fingers crossed you know what I mean! If not, let me know which program you use to make animations and I'll let you know the other way.  Nat. |

When I save an avatar, I can only "save as type: Flash MX 2004 Document (*.fla) and I cannot change this...

So, you're using a program called flash mx 4? Or is it something else? If it is flash mx 4 (or whatever it is called properly..
), try searching help for 'save optimized' and see what it says, because i know in adobe you can't save it if you're going to 'save as' |
