I wanna marry that podcast. Such a good interview. I have the feeling knowing Dax (and Mae for that matter) on sich a personal level opened Lauren up. It was great to hear her thoughts about her mother. Also loved all the Peter tidbits. I cannot believe he threw a football at her at their "board game" date.

I listened to it on my way to and from work today and didn't quite get through the whole thing (I'll finish the last 20 minutes tomorrow), but I'm loving it. I agree that her friendship with Dax helps her open up, and he's a great interviewer/conversationalist. It was really interesting to hear her talk about her mom. I also agree that the story about Peter inviting her over to play board games and throwing a football at her was hilarious.

I subscribe to a lot of podcasts, and I listen when I'm at work, and normally I'm a little behind in my feed, but I'm so caught up now, so I had time to listen to this twice yesterday, and again today.

I re-listen to her interview from 2013 on Nerdist a lot.

I spent some time on train this weekend so I took advantage of it and finally listened to the podcast. It reminded me how much I liked Dax.

When Dax asked her about the date and Lauren thought he was asking about different date I was hoping she would told us something new and Dax navigated her to the board game date, shoot.lol but it was cute anyway.

I was listening to Dax's latest podcast episode today (Seth Green) and when it was done it started in with Lauren's again since I have it saved. So I listened to it again. haha. Oh well. I needed something to listen to while working.

Lauren will appear on BUSY TONIGHT (Busy Phillips's new talk show) this season. (I haven't seen specific information about when yet.)
