Well, you know how she sometimes jumps from one thing to an other, and cohesion is often lost on her, lol? I think she did mean eye glasses, that she took out her contacts perhaps more often or so, and that together with the scarves and such was the "not sexy". The glasses were added on regarding the outcome of the look, but had nothing to do with the idea she began with which was perserving her voice. Just my take on it, in way too many words.
