Sounds like Lauren was the one who chose Adelaide to go blonde this time for G&D, did we know this before or am I just assuming is was her chose from how Lauren said "Make some big choices for this character..."

Adelaide's character is supposed to be blonde. Look at the original broadway performance or the movie.

I think with big choices she meant that she made Adelaide more dramatic/serious in some ways than for example Faith Prince did and that she didn't make her sound too nasal.

Adelaide doesn't have to be blonde. Faith Prince wasn't. I do think blonde is a good choice for the character, though. Certain things Lauren has said do make it seem like she wanted Adelaide to be blonde (on Rachael Ray, the playbill quote "Adelaide's a blonde because I thought she would have liked Jean Harlow..."). I'm guessing she and Des played a part in the hair-color decision. Anyway, we're getting off-topic now. I do think it would be funny to see Lauren out on the town in her blonde wig.

yeah she will always be referenced to GG and she will always be asked questions about it. I was watching something the other day with Lori Loughlin on it and the first thing they did was ask her Full House questions, "do you still see the cast?" "Do you think there will be a reunion show?" etc etc.....it just goes to show that after all these years people are still curious about a wonderful show which happened to end in 1995! It happens to every cast of a show (Cosby, 90210, Melrose Place, etc). So it's just something your have to respect that no matter how long ago it was people still love it and I think Lauren is def. understanding that now.

I just watched the interview. I thought it was... okay. I didn't hate it, but it definitely wasn't the greatest. Honestly I tend to like the ones that aren't super "crazy," so I liked the fact that she wasn't too hyper, but I don't know, the stuff they talked about wasn't that interesting/amusing to me. At least we got an interview, though - I can't complain about that.

Lauren does seem to be pretty understanding of the fact that people associate her with GG... the only thing that kind of annoyed me was that I feel like they talked about it for a long time (well... "long" in terms of the 6 min. interview, haha). That could just be because I wanted to hear about other stuff, though.
