I know this is sort of OT, but I just want to post it to make sure people understand. Lauren is not doing anything illegal or bad for her health, under the supervision of her doctor.

There are MANY types of steroids.

The kind Lauren was talking about is probably something like prednisone which is used as an anti-inflamatory and helps build the immune system. This is a very common treatment in medicine. And most likely also what Matty had injected into his hand. I had this injected into my feet when I had heel pain.

The kind that sports people and body builders take is anabolic steroids that build muscle. These can be used in cancer and Aids patients legitimately, but athletes often take them which is where the controversy arises because they are illegal in some sports.

The word steroids is not one thing.

ITA the word steroids has gotten bad press which is a shame as it's a valuable tool to fight many problems, not just for sports jocks wanting to bulk up.

Now back on topic, I liked the interview, each one is going to be different, I wish they talked more about food and Lauren's likes/dislikes since it's a cooking show but it was nice to learn another piece of the Lauren puzzle

I love the interview from the part when she starts to talk about Broadway. I like to know about her voice and I found funny the story about her eating in the same 3 restaurants.lol and her It´s awesome about being allowed steroids

I agree she does seem like she is getting used to the question,I agree just say no not at this time there will not be a movie.

I wish the interview could have been longer but I did like it,anytime Lauren is on a show I am happy.

I agree, she is starting to embrace it. It's been apparent to me in the last couple of interviews when she sounded less testy about those GG days and the fans, even bringing GG up herself once or twice. It may not be the kind of stardom she'd wanted, with mostly teens and youngsters as fans, but those are not the only ones and Lorelai is certainly not a character or role she has anything to be ashamed of being remembered for. And the fact is, that many fans, new and old are willing to also move on with her and enjoy the other entertainment endeavors she takes on.

I think most of us know the movie (that the Palladinos both, not only ASP, first started talk about) is most likely never happening, maybe at the twelfth of never it will...but it's not a negative thing that many would enjoy one if it ever came to fruition, while they still follow her career in other fields. I'm sure the G&Ds producers are not sorry they took on Lauren for the role of Adelaide, knowing now the numbers of fans she brings with her.

BTW, everyone knows my stance on a GG movie, it's plain to see, lol, but I just have to mention that I'm very proud of the fact that I did not even once ask her at stage door about it or any other Lorelai/GG related topic! I did ask her to sign one of my Gilmorism booklets, though...

The good thing about having young fans is they could be following her for years to come. Like other TV stars that have a big hit that makes them a household name it's good she is in bracing her inner Lorelai and looking on the bright side, I too wouldn't mind a re-union move at some point, and her squeezing into the same jeans again LOL

You know which show I would love to see Lauren on? Inside the actor's studio, the moderator is a little bit annoying but you learn so much about the actor as a person during that show.

Oh, yes! I've always wanted Lauren on this show/a show like this. I'd be in heaven with an in depth interview not only about Lauren but about her career

Those interviews remind me of horrible lecture videos I had to watch in school! The actors are never really down to earth on them because the atmosphere is way to serious!

I can just see Lauren cracking jokes and the interviewer with this look:
