I`m done with the book and I loved it so much.
The final chapter about Gilmore Girls was so emtional to read.. , but it also made me very happy. It was really interesting to get some behind stories about it all.

What were some other peoples' favorite passages in the book? Or what surprised you?

I'm not sure I have a favorite passage, really I loved it all. Although I think her part about how your train is coming, even if you don't know it yet.

As someone who hasn't been in a relationship much longer than I expected, sometimes it's hard to remember that. Her and Peter didn't really connect until they both were ready, and that was in their 40's. It's not too late for me!

I think a lot of the content and stories weren't too surprising. A lot we'd heard versions of before. But I think what really surprised me is just how much she looks like her mom! We've really only seen pictures with her dad, and she sure looks like him, but in that picture where she's watching her mom on TV, that could be her on TV!

I also didn't realize there would be as much advise in the book, but it was all good.

The only think I wanted more of, was just MORE! I could read her stories and insight all day.

I found the part about the backgrounds of selling her first book to the publishers pretty interesting as well. The monkey people.

I love the entire Book soooo much!
The thoughts of being single chapter was so inspiring and beautiful written! Especially the ending with the Train. And how she described season 7of Gilmore Girls was perfect! She's so right! I knew it couldn't be from amy or dan! I guess I'm not alone.Lauren knows how to tell stories. She can write so beautiful. I'm so proud of Her and I'm super proud to be Her Fan! After that I'm really excited about the script for "the royal we"

I've got to stop coming here until I am able to read the book. I have had the book and the audio book since they first came out and have only been able to read about 30 pages. I have been so busy that I haven't had enough time to do much reading. Have enjoyed what I have been able to read, though.

Claire, that is so awesome that you got a signed copy.

I have a signed copy of SSM that I got by calling a bookstore in NY that she had said that she went to and signed the copies that they had. I am hoping that she does that again because that is probably the only way that I will get a signed copy of this one. It won't include my name, though

I read the book in 2 days. I had to borrow it from my cousin bc l cant find it in store and well l dont purchase many books anyways. I enjoyed it. I wish there was more GG talk though when she was rewatching the episodes. I loved reading it but felt l needed more lol. But other then that thought it was candid and funny.
