For Lauren I really do hope the show will get picked up.

I agree with Syds about Mae. She is more natural to be Jane but she can act to be Franny.
I agree, and I said this right from the start, I can't see Mae as Franny. If anything, she is more suited to the role of Jane, especially how Lauren describes this character, with her quirky style.

I second what everyones being saying this possibly being Parenthoods last season. Ever since Lauren said she wanted Mae in the role of Franny, I thought, could this actually happen? That said, I never expected the book to be adapted so soon. I just hope that it doesn't come to that! But I can't see Mae being on Parenthood and this show, unless Laurens show airs during the summer months?

Thanks for the article. I really hope the show will be picked up! Idk if Mae is the perfect Franny, I'm sure she could act it well but I've also wondered if there's another new actress out there who could be perfect for it just waiting to be discovered lol. I don't think I'm ready to let go of Parenthood yet though.. it's such a special cast, I'd def. miss them.

@JenESmith: Just listened to a lovely conversation between @thelaurengraham and @maebirdwing, which will be in the ppbk version of LG's book. Exciting!
So, looking forward to this! But does this mean we're going to have to buy another version of the book? I already have 2 copies!

I have two of the hardbacks, too. Was planning on getting the ppbk anyway so I can have a copy with the New York Times Best Selling List on the cover. Jennifer said that she listened to the conversation so I wonder if it will be added to the audio book version at some point? This is one of those times I wish I had a twitter acct so I could ask her or Lauren about it.

Lauren had her free book Friday yesterday again. I failed to think of something funny to compete the "Someday, someday, maybe I" sentence that I didn´t even tweet her.lol

I didn't see the Free Book Friday offer until this morning. Didn't realize that there would be more than one.

Katka, you're much more mature than I am - I wrote her so many insipid and silly tweets, that I felt the need to delete most of them (after I didn't win, of course ).

At some points, the hashtags #somedaysomedaymaybe and #freebookfriday were trending.

Haha, that's exactly what I did too. Better luck next week I guess! I wonder how long she's going to do Free Book Fridays for..

I think I wrote 3 or 4 lol, and quickly deleted them as soon as she finished (most were extremely silly and embarrassingly un-funny).

Haha, so am not alone!

I've had to delete a few tweets because they sound so silly afterwards. Unless she retweeted one, than not so silly! Lol

But she keeps ignoring me. Wonder why?!?
