You remember Gavin Polone from Gilmore Girls? He's the producer of this movie. I don't know the whole story, but he left GG on a pretty sour note.

cool. But I don't get it. I thought Amy doesn't like Gavin Polone. I remember Lauren referencing him during one of those WB press conferences. So I thought he left on a bad note.

Heh. Lauren and Amy are not the same person. [img]smilies/cool.gif[/img] It was Amy that made the crack to Lauren "Hey, you remember Gavin, don't you?"

Gavin's a producer, so chances are he encouraged Lauren to pursue that path, maybe helped her get the ball rolling.

I just thought he wasn't liked as a whole.. from the crack Amy made, it made it seem like she and Lauren were agreeing.

Gavin probably did the string pulling to have Lauren in his new movie.. or at least called her up. I wonder if she auditioned as well.. we all know how she likes to audition! [img]smilies/lol.gif[/img]

Well, we weren't there so we don't know how Lauren reacted to that. Didn't Heidi say it was a "weird moment"?

I doubt Lauren doesn't like him if he's a "key person in her life."

Onto Seeing Other People, so Lauren just plays this girl's sister and a love interest to Josh.. is she the 'fling' to the guy who is about to get married or not?

I doubt she's the fling if she's the lead's sister. That'd be gross...even if she's the girl or guy leads sister.

I think she's just going to play this maybe b*tchy sister. She's Josh Charles' love interest, not Jay Mohr's, who is the lead and the one having the flings.

I don't even know really if she's b*tchy per say. The exact term Alex Borstein told me was "evil." [img]smilies/lol.gif[/img] So that should be fun to see Lauren play.
