Dianne Wiest, from 'Hannah and her sisters' and 'Edward Scissorhands'. I believe her. And she had those sparkling eyes and a very sweet voice.

i've got to say i love Edward Scissorhands!!! love it because of Johnny Depp of course but also love the story!!
