It's fine to ask her, but I can just about guarantee that she did get the card. The stage door manager's job is to accept deliveries and make sure that they get to the right people; he said he would give it to her, it's his job, so I'm sure he did. And it might be difficult to ask her at the stage door because she's so busy trying to sign for everyone and there are so many people there, crowding in and talking. I'm not saying don't ask, just thinking out loud.
