Well it looks like they're working on a solution to give us a final season. Let's hope they can find a common ground.

...with all those canceled shows, doesn't NBC have more than enough money to pay them??

Hopefully we will find out tomorrow and hopefully it will be good news.

I was watching Hollywood Game Night yesterday and they showed previews of up coming eps and Monica Potter was in them. Can't wait for Lauren's and Monica's eps. This will make 4 PH cast members on the show? Dax, Erika, Lauren & Monica.

Not just the cancelled shows, but the ones NBC have just picked up, which usually end up getting cancelled too. Why don't they put the money into a show the viewers want?

'Parenthood' Future In Doubt Amid Standoff Over Order Size

Quote:
...However, in order to cut costs, I hear the network, which owns the show, has asked the large cast, which features a number of A-listers, to agree to reduce their guarantee to 9 episodes, meaning that each cast member would appear in 9 of the 13 final episodes.

^ That would be a little crazy... but I guess whatever gets us a final season. Jeez, this is pretty sad because the show is so good.

I hope we get something h

Here's and idea (the cast will probably hate) but what if each week in the final season they on one cast member so they are in every scene, and the final they all came together?

Lauren Graham just tweeted, and even she doesn't know anything yet! This is so stupid, the answer of a renewal, should be so easy. What I find annoying, people talk about the possible next season, as the finale, when I personally think it could run for atleast a couple more seasons. For me, each cast member has to be in every episode. This is so frustrating!

I'd think it's a better sign we don't know, you would hope if NBC wasn't going to bring it back they would have let the cast know by know so they can find more work for the next season.

I agree that it's better if all the lead cast are in every ep and my idea doesn't mean they wouldn't be buy they could focus on one character and just have the others on in small parts. But each week change the focus, it was just a thought.

what angers me are all these super natural or vampire shows.

who has super powers?? who has fang teeth & likes to drink human blood???

compared to a show that is real life & shows the ups & downs of family life.

i haven't watched a vampire show since buffy & i refuse to.

This waiting game is really frustrating. but at least Nbc wants the show and is trying to Na find a solution. Why not order only 10 episodes but with all actors in it?
It reminds me of GG. All the talk about possible shorter season and then straight up cancellation. I Hope we will be luckier this time.
