Hey people!
Jo, glad you had a fun night! I wasn't planning on going to a Halloween party but we ended up at one anyway, there was a rock band playing and we had a lot of fun in the end!
How are you people? I'm off to see a friend of mine in a little while.

I went to a Halloween party last night and I didn't have fun.

It was mostly because there was this girl there that I went to college with and she's not only in a relationship but she's in the career she wanted to be in. I can't get anything in public relations because everything I find is where you need experience and no one will hire me for the entry level stuff because I don't look like a **** who can wear stilettos. I was so ashamed of where I am in life that I actually lied to this girl and said I was trying to become a writer.

And now I feel bad for lying. But I am ashamed of myself. I mean, I can't find a job to save my life and I tried going on disability and that didn't even work out. It's like I can't win for losing.

First my ex best friend rubs in the fact that she's engaged and now this. What is it with the universe? Does it want to remind me of how much of a failure I am?

I´m back at work and Ele is still slumbering in my apartment. live is not fair.lol We did almost nothing this weekend but watching a ton of tv. We tried couple of new shows and watched the whole 1st season of Dexter. but to not be couch potatos only, I took Ele to the last horse race event of the season. Way to be original.lol Pretty pretty horses.

Hey girls, I am babysitting tonight and we have just finished trick and treating and it was so much fun and at work we had a Halloween party and so I am fully in the Halloween spirit. I am now watching a werid horror filmed called " Stalking Laura" and I will probably have a horror film marathon until I have to go home.

Katka - Glad you had a good time weekend, though I have never been able to get into Dexter I watched half a season and couldnt get into it. I agree it is horrible going home from work in the dark but also waking up in the dark too

Val - Enjoy your day off, I hope its a relaxing for you

Well, I was kind of hoping that it would be light again when I wake up, but unfortunately that isn't the case. Which means getting up is getting harder and harder!

Plus I'm getting some kind of winter depression or something lol. I have it every year. I have less and less energy and feel the need to spend as much time in bed or lazy on the couch in front of the tv as possible. I can't wait for spring to start!

I hate that winter blues feeling. I know exactly what you mean, Denise. Unfortunately spring seems sooo far away.
Luckily our snow from the weekend has all melted by now.

This season I've become obsessed with the TV show Homeland. It's absolutely fabulous.
Denise, Covert Affairs returns tomorrow! I can't remember, any other fans here? I'm excited.

We wanted to watch it with Ele this weekend because we heard good things about it but then we watched a trailer and decided that we are not in the right mood for a show like that. (There was a short period in my life when I was a little bit obsessed with Damian Lewis.lol)
I´ve sampled so many new shows this season but nothing really grabbed my attention enough to continue watching them. that makes my potato couch-y heart sad.lol

Denise - I hear ya about the winter depression. All I want to do is go from work stright home, get comfy on my couch and watch tv/be online.lol

Yesterday one guy asked me if I want to go see an exhibition of art made from the dead people´s ash. I was like, hmm, that will totally improve my blue mood for sure.lol

Jo - It took me about 4 episodes to get in to Dexter, then I watched all 5 seasons in a few weeks. Now I made Ele obsessed, as she watched 2 seasons in 3 days.lol

Yess, I know. I'm excited! It sucks that almost every show I follow airs on Tuesday night though. Now that Covert Affairs is back I have to watch 6 shows tomorrow. Crazy lol.

Katka, me too! I don't feel the need to go outside or do anything anymore after I come home from my internship. I just want to be very very lazy lol.

Thanks Claire I did enjoy them I was yesterday almost all day on cemetery and I was so cold on the end but it was nice after all.but I'm back in school unfortunate But I passed today my first driving exam it was theoretical and I hadn't have any mistakes .I was nervous because 3 people before me filed but I make it.I'll start driving lessons next week And yesterday I heard about the emergency landing in Poland's airport I don't know if you heard that but I was glad that people was OK and they said it was a miracle that nobody was injured.

Can I just say that I absolutely hate writing a thesis? Seriously, every major should eliminate that! I hate that all the free days and time I have goes into this..

Denise, so sorry! Writing a thesis can be long and draining. When are you graduating?
I enjoyed my day off quite a lot! Been looking at furniture for my room in the new apartment, I think Ikea is going to be majorly featured.
I'm still waiting to watch Parenthood... the link I found led me to episode 3x01 even though it was labeled as 3x07. Annoying.

I just heard that some people are already hearing Christmas music on the radio. Geez! It's not even Thanksgiving yet!

It's only a matter of time before my mom starts digging out the Christmas CDs. Of course I'll hide all but one from her...I refuse to hide the Josh Groban one. And why should I? I'm the one who went to FYE in August and bought it. LOL
