I'm too tired to elaborate a lot on this episode, but I will say that I enjoyed it. I didn't like it as much as last week's, but is was very solid.

I still like Gordon and I like Alex very much!

Nice Sarah/Amber moments, yet again. Love them!

Enjoyed Zeek and Camille also.

Crosby storyline- ZZZZ

Not as good as last week, but good. I am on Zeke's side in the Camille v.s. Zeke argument. He had every right to be upset. Joel and Crosby... well that part of the story was boring to me. I loved the Amber and Sarah scenes and the Amber and Adam scene.
Kristina just annoyed me.

Me too, Sonia. Those scenes were really nice.

I'm a bit torn on the Zeek and Camille stuff. On one hand, Zeek's got a point, but on the other hand Camille told him it was only for a couple of weeks, and he went way over the line confronting the guy behind Camille's back. I think he should just have sucked it up for a couple of weeks.

Did I miss Sidney? It seemed strange Joel would be directing a play at her school without her in it.

Maybe I see Zeke's side because that is probably what my husband would do.. I can really see him reacting that way. He probably should have sucked it up for the couple weeks though. And yeah where was Sydney..

I might be going crazy but this is all Gilmore Girls stuff.

Sarah/Amber excited about SAT stuff.
Lorelai/Rory excited about SAT stuff.

Zeek/Camille whose side are you on are you on?
Richard/Emily fight when Richard has a secret lunch with Pennalyn Lott and Emily was dating Simon like Camille was with Matthew?

Zeek tells Matthew to stay away from Camille.
Richard tells Simon to stay away from Emily.

Ugh. Just stooooop.

Anyway, the episode was good. I loved the Camille and Zeek stuff, I laughed when Zeek referred to the art teacher as a poundcake. And I loved the Sarah/Amber scenes and the Sarah scene at the beginning, "please take a doughnut".

Kristina was annoying as usual and the Crosby/Joel storyline was kind of boring but overall it was a good episode.

With GG running 7 season you're always bound to find similarities with other shows.

I like the ep, nicely balanced with enough time for the main stories. I liked the Kristina stuff with Angie and how in the end she made a friend. Julia wasn't there much, one scene I think and BTW Sydney was in the show, she just didn't have any lines this week.

The Camille and Zeek scenes were powerful I can understand Zeek's position but I guess there has to be some trust, also nice to see a therapy session finally. The Crosby and Joel stuff felt like it wasn't finished, was it a Thanksgiving play and comes up next week?

The Haddie and Alex stuff was good, nice they are getting to know each other, will he be coming to Thanksgiving dinner? Like how Haddie hid in the laundry room with music playing and the door locked to make the phone call.

And Amber, love the first scene but if she's so smart why can't Amber add, 770+770+710 in her head? Like how Drew folded as soon as the pressure was on but still a cute scene with them all hugging Amber. Then Sarah tag teaming it with Adam to get her to talk to Carly, all good stuff.

Oh I almost forgot, nice moment with Gordon and Sarah, good they went on a date and the show didn't make a big deal about it. Still not likely it but I guess I can live with it.

BTW anyone know the actresses playing Angie and Carly were?

ETA - was Angie played by Jillian Bach, who was once on GG?
Also was Carly played by Lorin Latarro, Lauren's understudy in Guys & Dolls?

ETA 2 - okay like an idiot I didn't check the opening credits, I was right about Jillian Bach playing Angie and yes she appeared in S6 of GG.
Carly was played by Rebecca Creskoff, who recently appeared in Hung.

I really liked this episode too. It had some touching moments, but my biggest complaint is still no Drew!! Amber/Adam scene was particularly good, we haven't seen much of those two together. Did anyone else have a feeling that Amber might have cheated on the SAT and that was the reason she didn't want the meeting? I'm glad it wasn't, and Amber continues to be my favorite, besides Sarah I felt for both Zeek and Camille and I'm glad there was no resolution to their problem, something to stew over for next week...which btw looks great!

No, it's not GG stuff, it's called LIFE stuff. These are situations that happen in real peoples lives. Parents of teenagers are excited about their kids SAT scores. I've seen that topic in many shows that have parent/teenager relationships.

Marriages go through troubles. You also see that on lots of shows.

Parenthood is about real life issues. GG was also about real life issues.

Stop trying to make comparisons that just don't exist. It's tiresome.

It was an okay episode. I liked the second half of the episode much better. The beginning didn´t do it to me. The turning point was the Zeek and Camille´s fight in the garage. very powerful. I didn´t expect it so it totally got my attention and it was good from there. I always enjoy the episode way better when the storylines are overlaping. This time we got 5 separate storylines.
My favorite scenes were definitelly Sarah and Amber talk on the bench and for some reason I really liked the talk between Camille and Haddie at the end.

And I groaned when Kristina was already in the second scene of the episode. I wasn´t ready for neurotic her during my slow peaceful morning.lol

I kinda thought they were little too worked up about Amber meeting the Alumni. It´s not like they were in admission office where the result would be if she´s getting in or not. But I can live with it.lol

It was Sarah lite episode, too. But yay for Adam/Sarah scenes.

I think next week will be hoot with one major storyline.

Looking at the sides I thought we'd have more Lorelai sorry Sarah, I still get them two mixed up But seriously Sarah's scenes were great, especially with Amber after her dinner with Gordon (So I'm not the only one glad we didn't have to sit through that...) Also loved the opening bit, Zeek and Sarah getting Drew to crack the password And Camille adding up the scores in her head, seriously what is Amber doing gets 770 Math and not able to do that?

BTW here is next weeks promo, the last before Jan 4th.

Ahaha, you really need a (real) life.

As for the episode, I mean Sarahs scenes, I liked them, especially the one with Amber on the bench. And the scene where she tries to sneak on Ambers interview and Adam crosses her way made me giggle.

I still cant make myself to be obsessed about the show. Sadly.

I understand, Ele. I'm glad you're at least watching Lauren's scenes though. She's awesome!

I love the Lauren/Mae dynamic.
And once again, I think the ending with Sarah saying she did her best not to cry and Amber giggling at that was a real Mae/Lauren moment which they left in.

And I actually missed Julia.

I can't wait for the Thanksgiving dramedy next week. So funny about the pine cone place tags and how they act like little kids about who sits where.
