I miss Sarah and Mark already. It was sad to see her so happy in the diner scene to the break up scene. Also, it was kinda ridiculous that the writers had Amber cry over Mr. Cyr, I thought that was really over the top but I guess it was needed for Sarah to realize the cons in her and Mark's relationship.

Not my favorite episode. It seemed to move slowly. Very Adam-centered.

One positive note: No Raquel.

a gilmore girls moment tonight in this eppy

when Sara'' Lauren'' said this line

''nothing good ever works out like nothing good ever worked out with her getting back together with luke?''

that was a gilmore girls moment she looked at the camera and directed that towards gilmore girls fans?

when she was siting in the pancake house with Adam when he tells her that Amber has a thing for Mr.Cyr and shes like your telling me that nothing good ever happens in my relationship's she looked directly at the camera it like she was saying she was directing that towards gilmore girls fans because Lorelai still hasn't gotten it back together with Luke and she's stll tired of people asking her about gilmore girls and luke and lorelai's relationship after all these year's? It's like she wants Gilmore Girls fans to forget about Gilmore Girls fans and her and Luke's relationship and wants people to stop asking about it and let her move on because gilmore girls movie isn't happening so shes like okay enough about my relationship it;s not going to happen ever so just drop it and stop asking about gilmore girls people geeze?

More Lauren in this episode! Yay.

What I liked:

- Sarah & Mr. Cyr making out. He's such a romantic guy, showing her the book and sending flowers to her work.
- Kristina's face cleaning the kitchen.
- Adam was not wearing pants in the kitchen! *hooooot*
- Crosby, the dad. Once again, his scenes with Jabbar were so cute!
- Adam giving a ride to Amber.
- Mr. Cyr helping Amber with her studies and asking for her Ipod.
- The Kraham scene! Adam complaining about Sarah/Cyr was great.
- Amber crying after Sarah told her about Cyr was touching. Poor girl, I wouldn't like to see my mom dating my teacher, even if I didn't had a crush on him. But I don't think that would be a reason to miss the SAT.
- "I don't have a life, I have a schedule!" - poor Adam. Must be hard to be that guy for the family. Great scene at the beach!

What I didn't like:
- Haddie looks even older during the Career Day.
- Haddie leaving Adam alone and going to meet Steve. Argh!
(as you can see, I'm not really a big fan of her, LOL).
- Crosby making out with that other mom. Come on, he already has a lot going on on his life, it was not the right time for that.

But what I reeeeally loved was the promo for the next week. LOL! ;P

I liked this episode. The Mark/Sarah scenes were phenomenal! I too am going to miss Jason Ritter. Amber crying over her Mom dating the teacher she has a crush on didn't seem like too much of a stretch to me. She's a teenager afterall and they're just emotional messes (no offense to any teenagers in here).

So excited for next week's episode. The promo looks great- Sarah's reaction after walking in on Amber and Damien in the shower was priceless!

ETA: Vanessa, I don't like Haddie either. And I don't like her little boyfriend even more.

Damien is gorgeous!!!!

Adam and Sara

that whole Adam going crazy in the kitchen with Christina was all over Sara because he loves her so much and wants to be her kid's father and just can't ever say no to Sara wonder whats going to happen between them? Will Adam ever come out to her?

OMG!! I am still crying. There were so many sad things going on in this episode and a lot of semi-cliff hangers. This show just keeps getting better and better and it was great to begin with. Had a lot of non-sad stuff, too, but had a lot of gut wrenchers in it. Previews for next week are good, too. Could kill Amber for several reasons yet understand her, too. Will come back later to say more but am going to go watch it again. Hopefully without interruptions from family members.

Please explain some more, or should I wait to see the scene?

Oh, and I wanted to say that I lovelovelove the way Lauren cries. She cries like a real, normal person and it's awesome. Most actors cry in such a weird way because they don't want to look unattractive in front of the camera. I mean Lauren always looks beautiful even when she's crying but it's nice that she isn't afraid to scrunch her face and be real. I hope this makes sense.

Okay, I feel really bad saying this, but I really didn't feel the Sarah/Mr. Cyr chemistry this week. To me it felt... weird, and I found myself wanting to look away from the screen! Makes me sad because after last week I was looking forward to it. It's nothing against Lauren, though. She's still awesome, of course.

The other parts felt slow, although I was a bit distracted by a presentation I'm working on. I might have to re-watch to see if I change my mind.

I'm not trying to be a downer, just giving an honest opinion.

Jenny, don't feel bad and don't apologize.

As for what you said about the other parts feeling slow, I've found that to be true for a lot of the episodes and am accepting it. I'm just such a big Lauren fan that I am teaching myself to just cherish every scene she is in and be satisfied with that. I know a lot of people in here really love everything about the show and I am in no way trying to detract from that. I totally respect that. We're all Lauren fans here and I'm so happy for those who love everything about this show!

I repeat though, I did really enjoy this episode.

ETA: Oh, and before this episode aired I was wondering what the meaning was of the episode title. I know now! LOL

she basically used that line ''I'm tired of feeling bad because my life isn't turning out like everyone wants it to!'' directing that at gilmore girls fans its like her relationship with mr cyr is like her luke in a way and they will eventually come around and fall in love and be happy but its going to take a few years and or seasons

I'm sure the writers weren't directing it at GG fans (I might change my mind once I see the scene) but it does sound a lot like what Lorelai told Sookie in S7. I just thought she made a Gilmore Girls reference in PH .

I don't mind Mark Cyr and think they could be good together (I know I said different before) but it's a messy situation with Amber having the crush on him. I'm sure things with Max would have been much different if Rory had a crush on her English teacher.

I'm still a couple of hours away from seeing it, slower this week but still better than waiting for the local release, which they have still made no announcement on here!

I don't think we'll see Sarah in a steady relationship for a while, they need someone in the cast with the ability to bring in new characters into the family, so to speak.
