I kinda know how you feel about The Queen, our good ol' Queen Liz has been on the throne forever and its going to be so werid when the time comes and it will be Prince Charles on the throne.... though we think he will be overlooked and they will make Prince Harry King especially since Kate is pregnant and it's going to be the next aire to the throne.

They said on our tv that the Queen in the UK stays Queen until her death. That that's the tradition. That sucks! lol.

I've decided to go running in the spring. I've wanted to do sports for awhile now, but the gym here is so expansive. So now waiting for the weather to get better. Already got a running program downloaded and ready to go on my iPod. Also downloaded a running app to track my speed and km etc. I'm dedicated to it this time and ready to go! When the weather gets better at least lol. It will be a hard transition for me from not sporting at all to doing sports so to make the transition easier, I do not want to start running in the cold and rain. So let's hope Spring starts early this year!

My professor just called me and told me the US professor at the University of Michigan would be happy to have me either in July or January... I'm excited but sooooooo scared. July seems so close...

I'm so tired. We started back up at uni again, and it's straight into two big essay deadlines, a lab report and a counselling practical exam.

It sounds like everyone is doing well romance-wise lol. Anyone want to send some luck my way? The last time I had a date was over a year ago, and that was a terrible one ;/

Jo, I love all your travel stories! I loved Vegas too, but my favorite cities of our mini-US tour are still Los Angeles, DC and NYC. But Vegas gets bonus points for the casinos (I learned how to play Blackjack and won 100 dollars lol).

Thank you all, girls! It's very exciting. So much to plan, but I'm really really excited. The new boy wasn't too happy when I told him I'll be around only for 5 months, lol.

any great plans for the weekend?

I booked a trip to Budapest yesterday. We are going for 4 days the weekend after the next one. I´m excited but their language scares me.lol

Val - I am glad the date went well and he is not a bus scrazy Do you think you will see him again. Congrats on going to America that is so exciting you are going to have such an amazing time over there.

Denise - I am always living for the weekends, with no job my friends are always at work so I look foreard to the weekend so I can see them and hang out.

Katka - You are going to love Budapest, I was there for a weekend trip and had so much fun. If you want me to recommend some places to go then just let me know. One thing you have to do is go to the spa with the medicaded pools and jacuzzis we had so much fun there, The language is not that scary we just learnt a few words to get us by and it was ok but there English there is really good anyway. Have you booked a hostel to stay in yet?

Jo - we are staying in a hotel. yay, fancy me somehow its really cheap. Great deals on booking.com. We are paying 100Euros for 3 night for two people. I guess it´s because it´s off season. We are going by train which is also only 40Euros for a return ticket. We had absolutely no reason to not go.haha. But I will gladly hear your spa recommedation We definitelly want to go in some. there is sooo many of them, though. Hard to pick.

Jo- we've already gone out twice. We'll see. With the US move I don't know if I want to tie to someone... but I guess you can't really plan these things.
Katka- wow, have fun! A friend of mine went to Budapest in December and she liked it a lot, even though she froze to death. And she also went to a spa and loved it. I can ask her which one she chose and if she liked it, if you want.

Katka, have fun!! A colleague of my just went there a couple of weeks ago and said it was great indeed! And for that price, no reason not to go!

We took a look at our itinerary for the summer! It's gonna be Orlando, Tampa & Fort Myers (just a drive through), Miami, Everglades, Key Largo, Key West and then flying to Vegas for a week there! But we are doing Bryce Canyon and Zion from there so at least some nature lol.

Sounds cool! I'd like to visit Florida too! But since I'm moving in July I guess I'll explore other areas first. I've been to Bryce and Zion this past September so if you want I can link you to the agency we used to visit the parks. They're both beautiful, Bryce especially. How long will you be there for?
