I found SFU on sale at Blockbuster a few years ago for $5 per season. Of course I bought them all. :D

I'm not leaving! (I wish I could fast forward a month, though. Then I'd be in London.)

Only four more days of school. This is the longest week ever.

Good luck packing, Katka!

Bye Katka!! Have fun!!! :D

Bye Katka! Enjoy your holiday! :D

I'm on Cape Cod now (woop! I love it here ) but my family here just moved recently so the basement I'm staying in for the summer is unfinished, like it still has the silver foil insulation everywhere, the wall covering doesn't go up til next week. Anyway - I fell into a Nyquil coma last night and woke up at like 6:30 thinking that I was in a spaceship!!! :lmao: so funny :P not

Their new house is SO nice though, I love it! And it's only 2 blocks from their old place so I still know the area etc which is good :)

It's so funny, my nana here had a stroke about 6 months ago so she now has some trouble with her speech - like she means to say something but just says a random word instead (she kept asking me to get her the Phillies this morning and I brought her EVERYTHING in the kitchen before we discovered she meant cranberry juice!!!! :lmao:) anyway, she knows when she's saying something wrong but she can't help herself from saying it so she keeps cracking herself up!!! It's absolutely hilarious!!! By the time I got the juice to her this morning she was laughing so hard that she couldn't lift her head off the table to drink it! :P Shout out Nana Dot!

You're not the only one re; Peter Krause and Alexi Lalas Ele  I was tweeting about it at the USA/England game - it's actually surreal! I wonder if they did notice it in their couples sport watching time! lol!

Denise, I don't have jetlag  I only really get it on the way back to the uk :P and Kathrin, I have an adapter here  It was in the dresser that I left a whole bunch of stuff in last year!

Hope you're all good! Toodles! :D

FINISHED! :thud: But now I don't have printing paper anymore  So I have to get up extra early tomorrow morning to go to the store. Ah well, at least the assignment is finished. Only 2 more presentations to go.

Woah, I had no idea who he was either, but they could have been twin brothers!

valeposh 06-23-2010 10:48 AM

Hey girls! :D
Graduation dress: check! Finally. Max Mara, costs a whole lot more than I can write down lol. :P But my mom is happy so I got it. :D
Cee, it's amazing that your nana finds it funny! Most aphasic patients I see are more frustrated than else, so kudos to her! ;)

Yeah, I'm sure she has her moments when it's serious situations and she can't say what she wants to but this morning she was just hysterical  At lunch she asked if I would go to the store and get the Premium she likes - turns out she wanted cookies! :lmao: If she didn't laugh it would be much harder on the rest of us, we're not a family who does well with sympathy - sarcasm and hard knocks are the way forward!

I can't wait to see pics of your dress - I was in Max Mara before I left and they had some gorgeous stuff :)

Denise, Congrats! It feels so good right!!! I still can't understand how you two can do assignments so quickly - I just can't :P I guess though that I always hated my subject matter! If that was different I may hvae enjoyed it more! :P

Congrats to Germany for passing to next turn. :)
And I didn't watch Wimbledon but I heard about it. Crazy.
Denise- congrats for your assignements! :D

I'll post a pic of the dress as soon as I have it. I tried it on a few days ago and today they had sold it (they have one in each size) but I've ordered it and it'll get here in a week or so. ;)

I think it's a Wimbledon record!! it was really humid here yesterday, how they could even stand up afterwards is beyond me!! Amazing!

perrygraham 06-24-2010 03:30 AM

not only a record for Wimbledon, it's the world's longest tennis match ever

Are they still playing? :lmao: That's why I always only watch Woman's tennis. I think the men's games take way too long. I'm bored after 3 sets anyway lol.

I'm totally looking forward to tomorrow. I'm going to the Efteling. Does anyone here know it? It's Holland's most famous theme park I think. But it's much more than rollercoasters. Some people call it magical, because the park is so beautiful!
Efteling
It's going to be 25 degrees tomorrow again so I guess we'll be taking lots of rides in the water attractions!

Is everyone in Europe having this amazing weather btw? I just love it. I wish we could have this 365 days a year. :D
