How are you guys doing ?

Busy busy. Taking a mini-break this weekend, staying in a hotel. Going to a concert Friday night and a musical Saturday night, so I'm staying downtown, which I never do. I want to do some sightseeing, be a tourist in my own city.

I will have to do some work when I get home Sunday thought.

Other than that, life is ok at the moment. :)

I'm seeing a small UK/Germany based electronic band (VNV Nation - I don't expect anyone here to have ever heard of them), but then I'm seeing In The Heights.

I'm in Hamburg at my Friends Place till tomorrow. I have a good time so far. I had some really tough times in the last couple weeks so I needed something to do. So here I am!

I did finish my Christmas shopping, so it's nice to not have to worry about that anymore. (Now I just have to worry about fitting everything in my suitcase!) I'm heading to Colorado next weekend. Right now I'm sick, one of my cats is sick, and I really would like to just fast-forward through this coming week and through this yucky cold that I have.

Sorry you're sick Claire. Hope you feel better soon. Your cat too.

I had a great time last weekend on my mini-vacation in Seattle.

This weekend I did some much needed cleaning at home, worked for a bit, and now I'm having my annual Simulwatch of Love Actually. We do it every year. :)

I saw Mary Poppins Returns today and thought it was delightful.

Of course, I blubbered trough the end of the movie. Not that it's sad or anything, just one scene got to me, and then I couldn't stop. And some were happy tears.

I'm in Colorado at my parents' house, and it'll be a white Christmas here. :)
