Busy busy. Taking a mini-break this weekend, staying in a hotel. Going to a concert Friday night and a musical Saturday night, so I'm staying downtown, which I never do. I want to do some sightseeing, be a tourist in my own city.
I will have to do some work when I get home Sunday thought. Other than that, life is ok at the moment.  Hope everyone else is doing well. Getting ready for the holiday? Also, Happy Hanukkah to anyone here that celebrates. __________________

I'm seeing a small UK/Germany based electronic band (VNV Nation - I don't expect anyone here to have ever heard of them), but then I'm seeing In The Heights.

Enjoy Hamburg, Kathi!
I did finish my Christmas shopping, so it's nice to not have to worry about that anymore. (Now I just have to worry about fitting everything in my suitcase!) I'm heading to Colorado next weekend. Right now I'm sick, one of my cats is sick, and I really would like to just fast-forward through this coming week and through this yucky cold that I have. __________________

I had a great time last weekend on my mini-vacation in Seattle. This weekend I did some much needed cleaning at home, worked for a bit, and now I'm having my annual Simulwatch of Love Actually. We do it every year. __________________

I saw Mary Poppins Returns today and thought it was delightful.
Of course, I blubbered trough the end of the movie. Not that it's sad or anything, just one scene got to me, and then I couldn't stop. And some were happy tears. __________________
