I can definitely see her doing a half hour sitcom in another year or two. The hours are more "9-to-5" than hour-long shows.

That said I do hope she gets a producer gig since she really seems to want that. And I think she deserves for sure. __________________

So, apperantly Lauren is going to sing one more time according to the Ellen´s show description:

I def want to see her in a dramatic role because I really think she has the chops to pull it off. And really, if it was a really good script, I could def see her getting an Oscar nod in the future.
That said though, I think if the movie roles don't work out for her, or if that is not really what she wants to do, I could see her doing a half hour sitcom. She is really funny and now with her sucessful GG run, I think she has a better chance at a good part. But anyway, I was always hoping at some point she would do a Broadway play because I would love to see her in one. I live in Ohio so a trip to New York would be so easy for me. And I would love to hear her sing some more! |

I agree with you. I'd like to see her in a more serious role. But please .. no horror movies .. although i'd watch it just to see her..
