I never said Lorelai was stupid, but she did some dumb things for reasons we may never full understand. And this is totally separate from Lauren who has her own opinions on the season and the show, which I may not agree with but respect.

That was the best part of the review to me. I can so relate to that. I could (dangerously) see myself in Lorelai sometimes.
I think Lorelai’s choices on the show and the fact that they were not always objectively great are, for me at least, the reasons that made her so special because that's what made her so human. Also, they helped me to gain some perspective on my own actions.

But I never really shipped her relationship with any guy on the show so her picking one over the other didn't bother me thaaat much anyway.

This was added a few days ago, granted it still says development, but at least it's on the charts now. Plus the description sounds better than the sides indicated, so I hope it gets past the development stage.
