Is there anyone here who recently received some mail from Lauren ?
And if yes, was there a real stamp on it or was the postage made by a machine ?

I know, it’s a weird question

I’m asking because I received a letter a few days ago and it’s full of mystery and it’s going to drive me crazy lol.
The letter has no stamps at all on it. But I found what it seems like some little ink traces on the tape I put on the letter to protect it. Sooo I'm wondering. Again. lol.

I don’t doubt its provenance, specially since I had some great experts opinions

. And now that I beautifully framed the picture I received (beautifully because it took me 2H00 to do it, even if you can’t tell just looking at it), it’s sure that the letter travelled a lot.

I just want (or need) to understand how the letter could possibly come to me (yeah, I’m a little bit obsessed, I know).

My guess is that being put through a machine is very likely. Unless she had enough postage on hand, it would have had to go to the postoffice. Though, they usually put a sticker on it... but still. Haha.

I'm interested in what other people have to say, though!

oh, so you found an ink now? Cos sometimes they put the ink "stamp" at our post office here when I go to send something and Im always sad that they didn´t put a real stamp on it.lol so if you see the ink the mistery is maybe solved

Well it's more like some tiny black lines on the tape. I thought maybe the letter passed through a machine but the postage didn't work because of the tape...

There's also one hair stucks in the sticky part of the enveloppe (the one you use to close it), and it's clearly not mine lol.

Umm.... I'd have to say for me it's The Answer Man, Bad Santa, and Seeing Other People. I haven't seen One True Thing yet, so that wasn't in the mix for me.
