That's so sweet of Erika to spread the word with Lauren's fear of the internet and all. I guess that means they were filming today? I wonder if the cast did anything special for her..or if Peter organized anything. I think I remember reading that Lauren organized something for Peter on his birthday?

I must be a bad fan, I missed the start of the new thread and have gone a week without appreciating her, this week of all weeks

To sum up from the last few pages, I don't care if she has had work down on her nose or her teeth straitened, I don't consider those as having work done as they can have medical causes behind them. Besides she looks pretty now (and IMO has since a young age) and we appreciate her for the person she is now how she got here, if that makes sense.

Didn't someone recently say that, if PH does not come back next year, Lauren would be perfect for Aaron Sorkin's HBO series? Well, look who's close to being cast in that show. Wouldn't that be interesting??

Debbie, I do think that PH will be back next year. But if some idiot at NBC decides to cancel it, this HBO series would be a nice option. Those two work together very well.

Yeah, they do work well together.

It was Kevin Pollack who brought up the Sorkin pilot with Lauren. I'd like to know more about that show, for sure.

ETA: Oh, and I don't subscribe to HBO but I would if Lauren had a show on there. All for naught though because PH is going to be renewed!!!!!

But if not I wonder if the part Kevin was talking about is the female executive producer?

I hope PH stays around, much easier then having to star another new web site for another new Lauren show

I think it might have been...that seems to be one of the prominent roles on the show, at least according to the descriptions that are surfacing with the first bit of casting news.

I really hope that PH gets renewed, and not just because I love the show itself.
It seems like it's bringing Lauren's work to a broader audience. Still small, but a more mainstream network audience than her other projects. And Sarah seems like a role Lauren can really shine in - drama, comedy - both light and powerful moments, without it consuming her entire life (since the show is such an ensemble)
