Before they played two of our favorite TV moms, Connie Britton and Lauren Graham were trying to make it in the entertainment business together. “We were in the same acting class [in New York City],” Connie Britton told the audience during her panel at New York Magazine’s Vulture Festival on Saturday, “We were in class together, became friends and then we both decided to make the big move and give Los Angles a shot.” The “Nashville” actress explained that their friend was going through a divorce, so they moved into her empty home. “Thankfully there were a couple of bedrooms with a couple of beds in them!” she said, adding that living with the “Gilmore Girls” actress was really fun. “Those are actually really fond memories,” Britton said, “You know, it’s that time when everything’s a possibility and we were just trying to live our dream.”

Aww, that's sweet! Heh, when Connie was shooting FNL here in town she'd always shop at the Home Depot where my friend lived and she'd run into her more than a few times. She said she was really nice the few times they chatted. Anyway, that doesn't have anything to do with Lauren, so I'll hush up. I love that these two are friends, though, and look back fondly on their time together starting out in LA.

I have been Hamilton obsessed for 3.5 months, I was a little late to the party in terms of really paying attention to the soundtrack. On my road trip back in March, we listened to pretty much all Broadway and Disney musicals, so I heard a lot of Hamilton and bought the soundtrack the minute I got home.

When I went to Disney a few weeks ago, I was with one of the same friends, so we decided to start the Hamilton soundtrack on our trips back and forth to Disney from our hotel each day which was about 25 minutes away, and we got through the whole thing with about 10 minutes to spare on our last day before my friend had to go home. HA. It was nearly perfect timing.

I entered to win the tickets for LA, and I'm also going to try to get tickets when it comes to Seattle next year.

I'm VERY VERY late to the party. Just looked into getting tickets. Sold out until June 2018!
