But, as Graham noted, she discovered the first revival was happening from news reports “before we had been formally approached.” Graham added, “If it all existed in a vacuum, I would play that character until my dying day… Now it’s become what could we do with this story that is satisfying, that is worth continuing. I don’t know if there is a need to do more. I wouldn’t want it to feel like we overstayed our welcome.”

Not strictly Gilmore related, but Amy's Amazon pilot Marvelous Mrs. Maisel got a 2 season order.

Which means probably no Gilmore for a while. She'll be busy with that. Both Lauren and Alexis have projects going as well, so I don't see it happening for at least a year, if it happens at all. I guess we'll see.
