TV Line confirms that Paul Anka will return.
No word on if it's the same dog. It's possible though. If she got the dog in Season 6, that would be 2006. If he was 1 year old then, he would be 11 now. That's realistic. __________________

I don't remember it being specified how old he was, but I think by at least a year they're full grown. Even if he was 2, he'd be 12 now.

My dog is 15, which is unusual for a larger dog. The smaller ones live longer.
So glad to see that Paul Anka is still around. Perhaps a sign of Lorelai's growing maturity. __________________

@thelaurengraham: @MichaelAusiello FYI it's Sparky, the "actor" who first played Paul Anka. He's 14 now and doesn't hear very well but he's a good doggy. __________________

Listen to her response, to this question....Would you do a Gilmore Girls reunion in say, 10 years? (06.55) It made me giggle! Everyone's had a lot of plastic surgery...Luke and I, still can't get it together at age 50!......I don't know if people, would want to see that?!? I think we might! __________________
