TheCW: LUKE AND CHRISTOPHER COME TO BLOWS — Luke (Scott Patterson) and Lorelai (Lauren Graham) share a sweet moment when Luke introduces her to Liz’s new baby. Christopher (David Sutcliffe) witnesses the scene and it adds to his concern that Lorelai isn’t fully committed to their marriage. The next day, Lorelai and Christopher get into a fight over whether they should exchange vows at the elaborate wedding party Emily (Kelly Bishop) is throwing for them. Luke contacts a lawyer over his custody troubles with Anna, then runs into Christopher and the two have an ugly confrontation in the streets of Stars Hollow. Meanwhile, when Logan (Matt Czuchry) discovers that Rory and Marty (Wayne Wilcox) have been pretending that they just met, rather than admitting their previous friendship to Lucy (Krysten Ritter), he reveals the truth to Lucy. Finally, Emily gives Lorelai a warning about her marriage. Sean Gunn also stars. Jackson Douglas directed the episode written by David Rosenthal.

i think lauren looked prettier than usual (if thats possible) when she was at the gilmore house !!!! i cant wait to see her with short dark hair again !!

this ep was good..but the fight was awful, and the LLC storyline is going nowhere
and i HATE how when chris came out, she 100% changed her attitude and blew off luke

I liked the episode.
How perfect did Luke, Lorelai & baby Dula (sp?) look, the perfect family *sigh* ... now if only someone tackled christopher as he left Doosey's and Lorelai forgot about him completely...

oh come on guys the fight was awesome

of course pointless but those are guys they sometimes need to do such things and the fight wasnt about lorelai. it was because everyone was mad about something. I loved the fight

I really thought they would shake hands after it and drink a beer

its a guy thing you know? everybody needed someone to punch so well they did they'll not tell anybody and will not talk about it ever again. it was just a men thing I loved it I mean the episode would have been boring without the fight.

the LL scene was cute

and I loved that Lorelai said NO to all 3 huge things in life.

i love watching LC falling apart

I mean I exspected more from this episode but well its not done yet

That's exactly what I thought.
They were both frustrated about certain things, nothing to do with each other but decided to take it out on each anyway. I saw it as a way of venting frustration

Franzi, you are so right! I didn't notice that she refused those three things altogether! No marriage, no house, no kids. GO LORELAI!!!

This is my review lol:

- Weird woman sitting with Miss Patty @ Luke's.
WTF?! At first I thought it was an older/chubbier version of Liz. I found her annoying, she didn't speak at all, so what's the point of her being there? We already know Miss Patty is "sociable" so we do not [well at least not me] need to see her with new/all-her friends. Babette should have been there!

- Baby Doula + Luke + Lorelai = ♥ ♥ ♥
It was a cute scene. It's nice to see them interact more naturally. It was funny how Lorelai was holding the baby in the second take, LOL. It looked like a doll or something. Stupid Chris, right in your face! LOL.

- No beverages?
Rory and Logan did not have anything to drink with their meals. Weird. I guess is just like the black sugarless coffee - which as I just remembered, Rory sugar-ed at the beginning of this episode.

- Chris wants to reproduce --- again?
I'm sick of him bragging about his money. Like if he could buy Lorelai! It made me so happy at sooo many levels that Lorelai doesn't want a kid, with him, because she did with Luke! *happydance*

- "I don't want to do it. We're already married!" About the vows thing. She couldn't express herself clearlier! LOL!

- Luke with the lawyer.
That was a very serious scene :/ Poor Luke, I hope he gets what he wants. As soon as I saw him in this scene with his leather jacket I remembered about the fight promos and I got way too excited to the point I was screaming. Hahaha. Then the "Anger Management" thing was funny. Poor Luke.

- Marty and his stupid dreamy face.
I thought I liked him. I realized I don't. I hated him in the restaurant, and for the first time ever I agree with Logan.

- "Stupid Bowls of Soup!" That was funny. "I count better at night" was also fun for some reason.

- The So Expected Fist-Fight
OMFG! WTH?! What was that? Was it comedy? Because I laughed a lot xD It turned very funny when they fell over the tree and the presents, and then Christmas Carol began to play, lol! I loved it though. I love how none of them said a thing and how stupid Chris looked. He fights worse than a little girl.

- Rory Crying
Poor thingy. It really touched me I'm not even going to talk about Lucy because it was just stupid/boring.

- Emily's Unfriendly Advice
Umm. What century is she living in? I didn't like that she told Lorelai that she should "do what he wants" because it's bad timing. Did you see her face? :'( I just hope that she doesn't consider reproducing with Christopher because of that. ALONE AGAIN... Umm, well it's better to be alone that in bad company *rolls eyes*

ok I finally saw the episode and I have to say .. I liked it

first the funny lines.. like emily doing the tweet tweet sound... that was awesome

then a LL scene ..yay for that they looked so perfect together

and the fight .. that was jus GREAT.. i mean go luke ... hehe

diana .. I also thought the woman with miss patty was liz hehe well until Liz cam in of course.

and the baby is cute

oh and Lorelai really refuses everything with christopher .. well honestly I would have had a shock if she would have agreed to buy a new house... in another town... I mean she is a stars hallow girl... and she loves to live there.. and we somehow knew that she would never move.. not even with luke... so why with chris?

I have to say that I really enjoyed watching this episode, more than all the previous ones, although I have no idea why. I just liked it. LL and the baby were adorable

Diana, great review! I agree on most of the points.
as for the CL issue, it's obvious that Lorelai is not completely into the marriage.

Kat - I actually took notes during the show to not forget anything - yes I'm a dork - because there's always something I miss and that I don't remember until I watch it again.

I just looove the coat Lorelai is wearing at the beginning and the at then end of the episode! Does anyone know where I can get a coat like that?

The Luke and Lorelai moment with baba Doula was so sweet! I was soo looking forward to the fist-fight, I've been waiting for that ever since Luke saw the ring!
