The CW: COLLEGE DAYS - Christopher (David Sutcliffe) talks Lorelai (Lauren Graham) into visiting Rory (Alexis Bledel) at Yale during Parents' Weekend, and Lorelai is surprised to find that Richard (Edward Herrmann) and Emily (Kelly Bishop) are also there. Trying to prove how cool he is, Christopher invites all of Rory's co-workers on the Yale Daily News to an expensive lunch where they all drink too much, and the meal ends abruptly when Rory insists they leave to cover a breaking story. Meanwhile, Luke (Scott Patterson) meets April's (Vanessa Marano) swimming coach (guest star Mia Cottet), who convinces him to take her adult swimming class. When the coach flirts with him, Luke asks her out on a date. Melissa McCarthy, Yanic Truesdale, Keiko Agena, Liza Weil and Sean Gunn also star. Wil Shriner directed the episode written by David S. Rosenthal & Rebecca Rand Kirshner.

well i think this episode was more gilmore like in a way, than the past few have been, but still hating L/C...
luke is trully remembering why he loved lorelai, and it seems to really be getting to him, but lorelai just seems to, pass it off...
new jackson/sookie storyline, whatever happened to the pounds of weed exactly? am i forggeting something?

all in all an ok episode, nothing special, but it did feel a little better than the past few have been

I loved dad Luke, it was sweet, the real Luke. April didnt get on my nerves,I liked that, she was normal for once.

ITA charmed1NM Seriously I liked April for once! She's cute haha.
I thought this was one of the funniest episodes of this season I liked it! I even liked the CL scenes where they took the phone from each other

I don´t like this eppy so much but some scenes were funny.

There were some funny lines, but still I didn't like this episode much.

Loved the first scene until Christopher appeared sitting next to Lorelai. Also loved Lorelai's "French."
Haha, and Kirk is so stupid LOL. I loved Luke's smile while he cleaned the counter and Kirk was talking about Lulu. God HE IS HOT. I tried not to drool while he was at the swimming class *yummy* haha, is Lorelai blind or something?! Changing him for boy-Chris - I'm not into guys that look like boys.
That swimming coach isn't attractive at all.
What else, umm, I felt happy seeing Christopher feel bad about not being there for Rory... when the other dads were talking about their sons. I'm evil. I hated him for trying to be so cool with Rory and her co-workers, lol, it seemed like he was showing off a bit, lol...

Still, to me, most of the characters look forced, they do not look natural anymore

Overall a good ep. I even liked the CL scene when Lorelai was paying him out for where he wore his name badge, hilarious!

there were a few funny things about this episode .. lorelai hassling chris about the name tag... nerd alert.. lol that was hilarious...

and i guess luke really realized what he had when he was with lorelai
