It was there a long time before she signed the NBC deal. I think it had more to do with EA coming out on DVD in November.

At least Universal is being smart with all their releases for the awards season and not cluttering them up within the same month.

It's finally being mentioned - I think if anyone has a shot it's Greg in the role. I think Universal will be focusing on Frost/Nixon and Changeling moreso than FoG though, since they have the big guns involved in those two features.

Next year's awards season is going to be one of the toughest that I can remember. Two words when it comes to next year's awards... Revolutionary Road.

ETA: The release date is wrong, it's actually October 17. Well that's what UP website is now stating.

lol, the sooner the better.

I think it would have to be a big movie with big promotion to get some recognition in hollywood

and since the budget was pretty small if I remember... We´ll see, but it would be nice scenario if it is nominated for something. Im sceptical though

that's not necessarily true, something like Little Miss Sunshine can happen again

but I doubt it will be with FoG

Lauren on SNL would rock. I haven't gotten into that show lately. Not diggin the cast. I miss the old SNL. But if Lauren was on that show that would be hilarious!!
