There should be lots more. When I saw Lars and the Real Girl back in March, that was the first screening for the film and I remember there were a number of test screenings for the movie happening around that time and later on as they got closer to the release date.

The good thing with test screenings are, it gives the feedback of how a movie/tv is going, whether or not changes need to be made. Considering this one's the first one and it would have been a major rough cut, the version you'd see now would most likely not be the same (in terms of technical aspects) to the one you saw in the theatres.
That's right, I forgot that this cut will be most likely different than when it comes out. I know there'll be more though which has me excited, so I'm hoping to get to see it soon, yay and thank you for the feedback, so far so good, let's hope it only gets better!

Thanks everyone, cross your fingers for me I really want to see it before it actually comes out

appledown over at TwoP has a friend who went to a test screening. They said this:
some people just happen to age gracefully. Oh and I don't think lauren has really aged too much since the start of GG to now *shrugs*

I want to see a test screening. Do they sometimes offer these screenings in other cities besides nyc and CA?

Someone needs to start a new thread for this movie.

But here's some information to throw into the new thread.

It's been given a classification by MPAA:

PG-13

"Flash of Genius" (rated for brief strong language) Universal
