| Thanks Nadine, I actually intrepreted the meaning of the title based on the description you gave us as something of a paradox in that while they all have their own problems to contend with and need "help" in their own way, they begin helping the "other" person each of them thinks needs the help, but therefore end up helping to heal each other.
