From the sides we've been told that Arlen provides his books to Kris even though he doesn't want to (hence the reclusiveness, since Kris hunts him down). While Elizabeth encounters Kris at work when he comes into her practice.

So Lauren will be busy for a few months, hope some nice people in San Francisco can keep us up-to-date, just don't get in her face like that photographer the other day, yes use a long lens is much better and less intrusive LOL

It's an indie shoot, so it probably won't go more than 2 months most.

The information above has been updated and it's now been confirmed, if it wasn't already, that San Francisco will be where they're filming it (check out the Production Charts link) for more information.

The following is from the Chicago Tribune link in the first post. One of the people financing DotR did BoA.

This is going to sound like a major pain in the butt, but anyone who takes stuff from the first post can they credit it. Only reason I ask is originally I was going to throw any updates on my individual site, but had a change in heart (only reason i mention this is some people were hotlinking the sides off my site and the bandwidth starts to shoot up) ...

Exactly, also looking at the list, it wouldn't surprise me if they'd be leaning towards pushing Dream of the Romans at the Festivals since a number of movies on that list are at Sundance and other festivals.
