Anna, welcome and I like you post!

I feel similarly, even though I haven't really thought about the impact of the earlier difficult start of her career. I think she is just very focused on giving the best performance possible when it comes to an acting part and measures whether she has accomplished this by her own standards.

I don't think I've read a bad review about Lauren, plenty about the roles she has played or the movies but nothing directly about Lauren being bad in a part.

Just a note, in the DVD extras for Evan Almighty Lauren said it was nice to get messages from her manager on how good she was, interesting given the other comments but again IMO it depends on where the comments come from.

Pictures of Matthew at sundance starting to show up. So we know he's there already.

The luncheon thing is Monday. Then the premiere on Thursday. New pics of Lauren are right around the corner. I'm so excited.

Here are some pics from the Friends Cafe site of Matthew at Sundance. He is with a lady in the first one that could be Lauren but it is too small for me to tell.

You could be right but she looks a little short, Lauren is 5'9" and Matt is 5'11.5" right?
