Not sure if it was mentioned on this thread, German release date (to rent & buy) of the movie will be December 7th.

Nope it's a practice that use to happen quite a lot in the past... they changed it over the years to stop copying of rentals and other forms of pirating.

Magna probably constructed a deal with the DVD release which stopped them from releasing it at the same time. Well that and they wanted it to be covered in the second half of the financial year to reap the additional benefits

Here in Brazil the DVD is just for Rental, and i'm diging on the internet to find somewhere i can buy it.

Thanks Nadine, doesn't matter to me since I got a copy on eBay months ago!

and thanks ele got the DVD cover.

The copy I got have Chinese characters on the DVD so I'm not sure if it's 100% legit but it plays fine and is 100% in English for everything else on the cover.
