Hayden Christensen (born April 19, 1981) is a Golden Globe Award-nominated Canadian actor. He appeared in Canadian television programs when he was young, then diversified into American television in the late 1990s. He moved on to minor acting roles before being praised for his role of Sam in Life as a House. He gained international fame playing the young adult Anakin Skywalker in the Star Wars films.

my blood test was okay. my cholesterol count was just borderline normal/high. he advised me to lessen eating fatty and salty foods. that's so hard to do cos i junk/fast food.

linds, tapos na ba ang shooting ng new york, i love you? naaliw nga ako that they're posing for paparazzi pics together now. dati di ba iwas talaga sial.

maria, i am trying to scale down my fatty/salty food intake as much as i can. i haven't eaten a burger in almost 2 weeks so that's a step.

Linds~ Since my Mom just had her birthday and I got her a present so I figured I'd skip Mother's Day, we haven't really celebrated it in years anyway...

Teena~ There you go I've really cut down on all things unhealthy,it upset my stomach too much, so I've tried to exercise more and eat less "crap"

maria, i try to eat healthy sometimes. it's just that, at the office, it's easier to eat fast food since those are the only restaurants available nearby. i should bring food from home more often.

linds, back to work na tayo. buti na lang sunday pa sa states so wala pa kami masyadong work.
