Hayden Christensen - Board Recustomization

Hi everyone,

The Fan Forum Graphics Team is in the process of recustomizing message boards and now it's your turn!

If you have any picture suggestions or colour ideas, please post them on this thread. Don't post (hotlink) the pictures, links to them are fine. Make sure that the pictures are of as high quality as possible and that the top of the head of the person in the picture isn't cropped off. We also like to use photoshoot images when possible.

Your suggestions for possible colors and pictures will be taken into serious consideration, but in the interest of seeing every board receive the best customized look possible, the final decision concerning how this board will be customized will be made by the members of the Graphics Team, because we want to make sure that the selected graphic and colors fit into the overall design scheme that we've established for Fan Forum.

Could the mods of this board please top this thread and leave it topped until a week or so after the board has been (re)customized.

I have actually thought about the colours and the pics already, but I'll post them later. All I know is that I want green.

Light green, definitely NOT teal.

Guys, remember not to post the actual pics, links are fine like Jen said.

Also make sure that the top of the head isn't cropped of (looks like it is in the Vman pics, what a bummer

). Also, if I remember correctly, black & white pics can't be used, rigt Jen?

Ok, here are the pics I'd like to see be used:

This is my absolute favourite. I love his hair here and it's also fairly recent (well, from a year ago but it's one of the best since Vman and Flaunt shoots may not be suitable). I also think the colours of these pics would go great together with the colours I'd like this board to have (I'll get to that soon

).

This is a great photoshoot too, but it's a bit old. His hair isn't like that anymore. Then again, maybe he'll grow it back.

Again, a rather old shoot but he looks so pretty here.

I don't know if the colours are too dark, though.

I know there's AWFUL a lot of smoke in these pics so you probably can't use them.

Looks like a tiny bit of the top of the head is cropped so you probably can't use these but I posted them anyway, just in case.

Ok, on to the colours.

My first choice would be green and more of light green than dark. And also maybe more of a yellowish shade than blueish, you know a warm green if that makes any sense.

I'm talking about these, or maybe a mix of these: I I

I like the colours of the Joshua Jackson board, so I'd love something along those lines.

(And maybe Gilmore Girls though I wouldn't want it to be that brownish.)

But definitely NOT teal, please!

Not like this.

If it's not green, I think something brown or beige would be nice. I like the colours of these boards:

Desperate Housewives (best)

Star Wars

Ryan Gosling

Katherine Heigl

(I mean the browns, not the other colours.)

And blue would be my 3rd choice. But not baby blue, something darker, like these:

Prison Break (best)

Bryan Greenberg

Supernatural

One more thing (or two actually

), I would really appreciate it if you didn't use white as a background colour, it's just too bright. And also please don't use black but I guess you don't use it nowadays anyway? So nothing too light or dark but something in the middle.

And would it be possible to have the box with the avatar, username and stuff to be the same colour or at least the same shade as the box with the actual post, like we have now? (And not like for example at the Bones board). That would be greatly appreciated!

I know I sound awfully demanding but I can't help it, I'm a perfectionist.

Of course I understand that the final decision is the Graphics Team's alone and I have complete faith in you, I'm sure whatever you come up with will be awesome. But I just wanted to point some things out so that it would be even more probable that I'll love the outcome.

(Remember, no teal or white!

I just love Vman shoot so much I hope somehow those can be used.

those other you chose would be a nice runner up.

I just don't want any pics where he is too serious or sad looking.
And I'd like to see pics where his hair is neat and not too out of control curls

as for colors I like any of the suggestions Laura made.

My number one choice and absolute favourite is the first photoshoot I posted so I'd love to see that being used.

But I agree, nothing too sad or serious. He is quite serious in my fave photoshoot but he looks so great and the hair is so adorable so that makes up for it a lot.

Plus he grins in some of the pics.

The "Sith happens" shoot would be nice but his hair does stick out in it and I'd also like it to be neat. Nothing wrong with curls though.

I'm glad you like the colours Steph.

And I know, that's why I was being so specific.

I wanna be as happy as possible with the final result, I'm demanding because I care!

But seriously, these are of course just suggestions but I do hope they will be useful.

I do like your first choice shoot but I think his hair is too top heavy in those pics and it bothers me a little bit.
But I do like the wardrobe in those.

Well who knows but I think it's good that we are being specifi.
Also it might be a while before we are updated and other awesome shoots might come along between now and then

Aww, I find his hair just perfect!

I think it would be a nice compromise, because I know some people don't like his hair too short but it also wouldn't be too long and sticking out. I don't know.

I think it's a good thing too, better speak our minds now.

And also a very good point.

Who knows what will happen. Let's hope for new awesome photoshoots.

Yeah, I would imagine it's now an easy job.

I was thinking about what you said, that Hayden shouldn't look too sad or serious in the banner. While I agree, I can't help noticing that he isn't very cheerful in any of these photoshoots.

Like in the Vman shoot which is your favourite (right?) and which I also adore, he is quite serious.

But I have to say, I'm more concerned about the colours of the board than the pics that will be in the banner. Cos we all know that da man always looks gorgeous.

So I think I can pretty much handle any pics they choose (if they're not too old) but unpleasant colours would be a bigger problem.

He is a bit serious but not in a way where he looks too intensely serious to the point where he looks sad. And I really feel those are his sexiest pics to date.
I think a banner with different facial expressions would be good, to show a range of emotion, so a smile should make it at least once.

Colors are a big issue. I even like these colors. If they do something in the red family I would be happy. But a masculine red, not pink. Not like the Chad Michael Murry board

And I highly agree about choosing recent pics over older ones.

Well, I don't think he looks like that in any of those pics (expect maybe in that one photoshoot) and I agree, they are very sexy pics. I would definitely love to see them being used if it's possible.
I don't know if they use pics from different photoshoots in the banners nowadays. Do you, Graphics Team?

Heh, I like these colours too.

They wouldn't be my first pick but I don't despise them either. I don't know about red though. The only red boards I know, Alias and Matt Czuchry, are cool in principle but especially MC kinda hurts my eyes.

And I agree, no pink!

I know, it must look like I've planned this for months.

But I honestly haven't, I thought about the colours like for a day last spring when you guys really started to customize and recustomize these boards and I whipped up that post of mine after you opened this thread.

What can I say, I am a perfectionist.

Would you rather have me bugging you all the time going "Oh, one more thing!"
