He wouldn't have guessed Sam at all why would he, she played her role perfectly! Where as he knew the surgeons had malpractice suits against them so you would think that would ring some alarm bells!

It was a bit stupid of him. I mean if my surgeon revealed to me that he had a few malplractuice suits against him I would run the other way. I'd be like "oh hell no!"
