i started reading it sunday and it's very good ...i'm like on pg 120 somethin now ...the party planning book is awesome ..yea mmaybe i'll use some fun stuff...even though i'm going to have a SW cake of course ...i'm such a nerd ...anways the ewan book is just titled "ewan mcgregor" it's odd cuz i found it in the children's section ..but i already read it and it was basically stuff i already knew ....SW nerds,show yourselves..we know you're there

yea..the book was kind of slowmoving in the beggining,but it's good now ...yea i like the book because more stuff happens and you get to learn about the characters more ...i really like the part when Anakin and Padme reunite on Coruscant ...i don't know i'm still deciding on that ....i'll know in about 12 days

yes the opening battle is a little slow but once they met up w/ Mace it gets rolling
I love the way he writes the book like when he says: This is Anakin Skywalker ...... and how he feels.... for now This Obi-Wan ..... you get the drift. i love it and getting in Anakin's head is great i love all the added dialogue and scenes |

yea...i liked that too..you really get into their heads it's great...i really like the anakin and padme scenes...so sweet ...and how anakin and obi-wan are refered as "Kenobi and Skywalker" or was it the other way around ...anyways AWESOME BOOK ..not done yet though

yea the last name thing is awesome and the scenes w/Padme and Ani are so wonderfully written
I love that her subplot is in it. she got jipped in the film how funny was the scene when Obi is on Ani's back and he wakes up to Ani's butt in his face! |

what book are you all discussing? do any of u read the Jedi Academy series?
i love reading SW books, but my mom wont let me... she wont even let me go NEAR the sci-fi section in the bookshops.. but i've read Rogue PLanet, Darksaber and the Truce at Bakura... which are the good ones? |

we are disscusing the Revenge of the Sith book...it's really good...i'll have to look it up,Steph...oh an i finish the book last night...and it made me cry...i actually did start crying...the way the author worded it was very emotional...i was sad to see it end also...it was also very graphic wording in the way Vader was killing...well i have another week before i take it back to the libary,maybe i'll read it again..and the paragraph on the last page,touched me..thats why i added it in my siggy...

I love the part when Yoda asks Obi if he wished to be like a father and Obi answers
"more like an essentric uncle, i think. I can't imagine a better way to spend my life to look after Anakin's son" and when Vader relaized Padme is dead and he sees how selfish his actions were and the whole "this is how it feels to be Anakin Skywalker, forever." just so brillant. |
