Phillip should come back and join the judges as a guest judge. I would love to hear what he has to say.

But he would probably be like, I cannot sing (although he most definitely can!), but will not feel like he is in the position to judge them. I can see him saying something like that.

I think he said in some interview that he wouldn't do it now since he doesn't think he's experienced enough to judge/give advice to anyone (paraphrasing, I should find the original interview

). But it would be nice to see old Idol alums as judges in addition to Adam.

Yeah I remember him saying something like that, it is very him to feel like that but he would do well just being musically competent as well having gone through the process of Idol, him winning and having platinum albums and singles doesn't hurt either xD Nikki's suggestion also works perfectly for me
