Well with the results show becoming half an hour, this was bound to happen. I have to admit I don't like this format on either of the dancing shows.

I think I've mentioned this is how the show is in my country. I've never had a problem with that but then again we only have one time zone, I don't know how it works with four.

That is very cool! Many of them sound really good (well, at least on a record ), looking forward to hearing more of them. And yeah, some of them had a really recognizable hair etc.

And my only problem with this format is that it feels rushed because (excluding the week they use the judges' save in), Ryan will be like "Here are the contestants. You ... bye. Okay now the rest go sing." Even if it's at the end, "Everyone sing. That performance will not matter for you though [insert name], you're gone." It feels odd

Yes exactly And yeah they do sound good, and it's clear many have a strong voice which wouldn't have been heard in this being a studio version.

Oh they do it in the beginning of the show? Here they did it in the end of the show, and the voting was going on during it. But I guess it would be too much with volume of people in the US. So the votes would have to be cast before the show anyway based on the previous week's performance, I guess?
