| Elite Fan   | I have an answer   The answer is both  The afternoon is better in that they generally have more time to spend out there and there is pretty much always less of a crowd. Especially if your show falls on a weekday, cuz a lot of people have to work/school. At night they rarely have a lot of time for pics and talking, it's pretty much down the line signing stuff, cuz there's so many people out there. | Ahh alright. Mine is on a weekday so thanks for the suggestions Cee  So how much earlier should I get there? Do they have like something set up to sign autographs and such or do you just have to see them walking and grab their attention? | Elite Fan | Is ok, I like answering questions... makes me feel smart XD They usually will have some sort of barrier set up where all the fans can gather. Every venue is different of course in how and where they do it. But, if you just look for the people, you'll find it It's pretty much just some sort of makeshift, waist high fence contraption so fans are lined up and its not a free for all And then the contestants will come out and go down the line  They usually come out around 2pm. That was the average time last year and that's about when they came out Sunday in Portland. Course you wanna get there before that to get a good spot by the barrier. I got there between 11-12 last year. That is super early, I dont think I'm going to be able to get there that early so I guess I'll have to wait after the concert and hope I get a good spot. | Elite Fan | Yeah, they have to come out earlier in the day cuz they usually have a ton of press to do in the hours before the show... plus soundcheck and stuff.
