episode summary

BAU investigates a murder in which two victims' faces are similarly mutilated; given a "Glasgow Smile." For the first time, Will contaminates a crime scene thinking he committed the first murder and an MRI shows he suffers from Advanced Encephalitis. But Hannibal intimidates the attending physician, Dr. Sutcliffe, who may be involved. With his fears fed by Hannibal, Will returns to Dr. Sutcliffe for more mental health tests, when the doctor is murdered.

One my favorite eps, too. I loved it so much..... Yet it was so hard for me to watch. It had such a melancholic tone to it, IDK. I'll rewatch the ep and come back later to share my thoughts.

It was actually kinda great to see the girl who used to be on "Dead Like Me" guest star.

And she had the same name as her DLM character, Georgia.

Watching the episode again (at night) made it so much creepier.

Her scenes under the bed had me shivering. One thing though, why was she blonde when she was in recovery? Was her hair that dark just because it was dirty? We saw her picture before she was sick, and she was blonde but I didn't think your hair could turn black with just dirt.

I love how they used the same instrumental song on the scene between Will and Georgia that they used on the Pilot, when Will goes to the hospital to visit Abigail and Hannibal is asleep by her bed. I love that song.
