I actually have a modified version of the whirlwind symbol on my lower back. When it stated out it was just the symbol, but then it just looked to plan so I had it redone and extended alittle.... But I am the only one who really knows what it is...

Thats tight.No one ever asks where you got the idea for that symbol from? Everytime I see someone with a crazy tattoo I'm always asking them what it means, or where its from.I always find it helarious to have to explain to someone one day,"Oh its from Roswell."

I have a whirlwind tattoo on my right wrist & I actually do have a little UFO on my right ankle.

Semi-OT: a friend of mine has a smaller version of the Polynesian Triangle on her back; the initials LNMP & date of 122681 on her top left foot; the initials KAEW, KAEB, MEMH & dates of 101083, 060280 & 051389 on her front left & right hips; country & state flags on her back right & left hips & her lower back. Finally, she also has a Maori tattoo on her right arm.

That´s cool.I´m also interested in astronomy.Can I ask you one question OT?The whirlwind galaxy...it doesn´t exist,does it?I already searched for it, but the only one I can find is the whirlpool galaxy and it looks really similar.So did they just make a mistake or has this galaxy another name in America?

I think a tattoo on an ankle is nice, but does it hurt ? that's what I have been told.

I think it depends on how well you are with pain.

Even though I can't deal with pain very well, when I was getting the tattoo, it didn't hurt as much as I thought it was going to. I won't lie to you, it hurt, but I guess I should say that it tickled more than anything else. Same thing happened when I got the tattoo on my wrist.

Everyone's different. This is only what my experieces were like, not anyone else's.

I don't deal well with pain. It's funny that we are talking about tattoos, a shop has just opened 5 minutes away from my home. I could easily go there and get one, but....
