No Nexflix dropped Roswell this year along with Buffy and a few other 90's shows back in April.
However you can still watch the series on Hulu and on Amazion Prime. Or good old DVD's are the way to go just in case you can't stream the series online! Or VHS tapes (If you still have them) always do the trick as well! __________________
