I would have loved that! I mean, I love Kyle/Tess scenes, I love Kyle/Isabel scenes, we needed sooooo much more Tess/Isabel stuff too, so the three of them hanging out would have been awesome

Oooo. Kyle, Tess and Isabel. All kind of popular kids at school but also not stereotypically "popular". They would probably have been in the same clique if they were normal. Like no alien drama.

I think that if Max did catch her eye, Tess wouldn't want to waste her time with someone who wasn't going to make a move. I'm sure that she would have a lot of other options

She would. Maybe if Max was human, he wouldn't be so withdrawn & we'd see a bolder, more charismatic side of him that would have interested Tess though

Good point. He was withdrawn because he didn't want people finding out about him.

I don't think he'd join the football team, but he wouldn't be the weird kid without friends.

Maybe he would have been what Zan was like in their first lives, who seemed to be a good guy with big dreams & was going after them
