 Guess who? I am in live in physical rehab. They can't kick me out into the street, so they're trying to get me into Assisted Living. PT is going good, and all the people here are nice-workers and patients. Even if I get into Assisted Living I can only take about half my stuff. My social worker went and got me some clothes, stationary, and computer from my house. I'm not allowed there. So far. No one could make the wifi work on my computer. Well, last night I started my "click until it does what I want it to" method, and here I am.  I missed you guys. I've been ALL alone. No phone calls, mail, internet.  Mom's keeping my cat. I hate her for that. She knows my cat was all I cared about. Have a very sad feeling I'll never see my brother again, either.  Indy glad you're spending time with the little ones, and yay for 4 days of school in a row.  Cuddles thanks.  Reggie thanks. How are you doing? __________________

  Yay!!! She's here!!! I'm sorry I sent your cards to your house. Glad I didn't send your birthday present.  Good to hear from you, and that you have some of your belongings back. It's a start. You were supposed to get to move last year, so at least the "ball is rolling." |

I got your card with the adorable kitty on it.
  Love it. The card I sent for your birthday is crap, but I wanted you to know I was thinking about you. We don't get to go out to the stores. Yeah, it's good to have some of my stuff. I'll never get over losing my cat though. thanks for my birthday wishes! __________________

Yay! TYB's back!
  Glad you're in one piece.  We were worried, wondering what happened to you.  I'm glad that you got at least some of your stuff out, particularly your computer. I'd be lost without mine; that's where all my passwords are! (And your emoticons!) Will someone be able to hold the rest of your stuff for you? Your brother: he's a people-type person? Not actually your Mom's dog, or something? If so, he should be easy enough to find: just Google him. Unless he's in Witness Protection, or something, of course.  What else are you missing? Clothes? Furniture? Piano?  It can probably be replaced, except souvenirs. Your memories will keep those.  Not the same, of course; I lost a lot of my stuff when my sister "cleaned out" the house when I had to move & sell it. My very best dress winter coat, like new, an heirloom from my Father; a good 10 lbs of herringbone-pattern Woolrich-made wool. Dumped in the garbage, because she decided (without asking) it only had sentimental value. And who cares about my sentiments, right?  Oh, and Happy Birthday! I don't really keep track of birthdays...  It's too easy to get in trouble.  __________________

Put up an Irish Fiddler, Cuddles. That's what I do.
 Not sure what the weather will do. Heavy snow, but ice, but warming up later. Could be a cancellation; could be a delay. Stay tuned......... Hurry back, our Bunnykins! |

My sister Palomino's school district is closed tomorrow. Calling for 3"-6" of snow & sleet; possibly ice too.

Today started out as a delay, but went to being closed. County commissioners called for a travel watch; want people off roads. It's not bad; 3 inches of snow & ice on top. It will melt today. I'm glad for the day off. I have a list of things to do. |
