Um, y'all know me well enough to know I'll be putting up Christmas decorations as soon as Halloween are down, right?

Therapy? Oh, yes. Well... sort of. I have 'range of motion' exercises that I do, mostly by myself. I do 30 each: 'punch the ceiling', bicep curls, and 'flappy bird' exercises (extending my elbow from my waist out to the side, as far up as I can, and return; like a bird flapping its wing). My left bicep doesn't work (yet!), so I need help with my left arm exercises. Occasionally, I'll cluck like a chicken during the flappy bird part; it amuses the aides. buk buk buk buk buk B'GAWK!

For my legs, I pull my knees up vertically, and let them down; then swing them out to the side, and back, also 30 repetitions. I also curl the fingers on my left hand with my right, further than I can with the muscles of my left hand, to stretch the ligaments back out.

I stockpile packets of ketchup, mustard, mayo, and pepper - the Kitchen often forgets to put them on my tray. Also peanut butter, and jelly. They don't always have bread or toast for breakfast; today I got a doughnut... and butter, jelly, and peanut butter.

They're talking about setting up a professional cricket league over here. Any cricket fans at the Pool? Is it worth watching?

Indy I put Joey up on fridays for the race and put my James up for the rest of the time!!!!! Thanks to Kimmie she is making me want to change my Avie and that is one thing I never was able to do.

Bunnykins- I haven't put out my Thanksgiving decorations, so not in a hurry
to start on Christmasl We will have to start on Christmas music at school next week.

Well, she did just post a Halloween picture that included a Christmas tree, so
I think she has a good start.

I just planted 20 tulip bulbs. It may be a bad idea, since the chipmunks are back,
and they love to eat tulips. I put out a pile of sunflower seeds nearby to lure them away.

Put wire screen, or fine 'chicken wire', over them. Keep the little buggers off until Spring.

They will be staying under ground soon, so I hope keeping lots of seed on the ground for them will keep them satisfied. I have heard of planting bulbs with wire screens around them. I'll see what I have next spring.

Getting ready for this week: a musical performance, and 3 concerts.
I'm ready for Thanksgiving break now!

OK my come back later was four days

The weather is awful again here today, very windy and raining. It looks like we're in for it for the next week. I hope we don't get bad floods again like last month.

After ten weeks in the hospital my dad is coming home tomorrow. They're going to ring me when they leave so I can be waiting at his house.

I'm going to a concert tomorrow, Friday and Saturday evening I shall be glad when Sunday comes so I can have a rest I won't bother telling you who I'm seeing tomorrow and Friday because you probably wouldn't of heard of them. But on Saturday I'm seeing Boy George and Culture Club. I assume you've heard of those

TJ...You'll have to keep me posted when the new baby arrives. I shall have to send them something Welsh for it And as all the chuffing Christmas stuff is out in the supermarkets I could get my hands on a few boxes of Turkish Delight
