Thanks for the decorations, CC.

It has been raining all afternoon, so our band concert and fireworks dispaly will try for tomorrow night.

I was just watching the Bo Derek Tarzan movie. Does John Derek really think his wife can act. No, really??

She told him she really loved him, not just what his career could do for her, didn't she?
<cough, cough>

Happy Fourth, everyone!
(When's Guy Fawks Day? We should celebrate that, too. More fireworks!!!)
And I think the "lightning bolt" smilie was one of the Harry Potter series, that doesn't carry anymore.

TYB: Did you ever get the Churchill books? The Gathering Storm, Their Finest Hour, etc.
May I recommend a nice cobalt blue for your room, next time? Very relaxing.

Dawnie's down to a couple of days' work a week? That's terrible! The only thing worse than having to get up and go to work, is having no work to get up and go to...
And to all our British friends, too.

Where's Twee? I remember she was freaking out over the French president a few years ago, and I offered to let her hide under my bed if it would help.
Now, I need a favor....

Forgot my 4th of July graphic yesterday, so I'm a little late.

Tony won last night and Jimmie came in 2nd!!! Can't ask for better than that.

That's the kind of race you like!

The sun is out, so I think we will have our band cocert in a couple of hours.

No bets on if I wake up in time for 6 AM aerobics tomorrow!

Well, I made it up for 6am aerobics! Did you IndyBabe?

How did the concert go?

Yeah-definitely the kind of race I like.

It's errands day. Yippee. Actually it won't be so bad getting out for a bit. Actually no appointments this week or next.

I did make it to 6 AM aerobics class!

I just got home, after working for 12 hours.

The concert was fun. It was good to get in a band performance, for a change of pace. I don't have any symphony concerts this month.
They will start up again in August.

Bravo IndyBabe! Sorry, just made it back this morning.

12 hours?! Wow I don't think I could do that now. Long day.

Glad you had fun doing your performance.

Ran lots of errands yesterday morning, today I'm taking it easy and recovering from my sinus problems. I hope.

I made up for it today, and didn't get up until 8:00.

Cuddles- are you staying off the streets today?
LAPD are predicting 700,000 people may show up for the Jackson funeral today. Yikes!

to you IndyBabe for sleeping in till 8am!!

I slept in till 6am this morning.

Well, I'm risking my sinuses over taking me again-we're going to Kmart, Ingles for some groceries, and the library. I may not go in the library. Can't believe I've only been trapped in the house 2 days and am ready to get out of here. Tired of my own company I think.

And I'm home-not sneezing, sniffling, or anything!

LOL bought some spinach pasta salad I've never had...was just craving it, so I got it. Also got some sweet onion chips that I love and only Ingles carries. Also got the 3 cards I needed to have to send, so it's been a good day so far.

Mom won a large gift basket from her church that we're going to pick up at 12:30pm. It's the second biggest basket, and it was for charity, so she has no idea what's in the basket. She's very excited cause she never wins anything though, so I'm very happy for her.

Got Pride and Predjudice and Sense and Sensibility at the library. Love the S&S movie, so I really want to read the book. Just got those 2 this time.

I'll stop talking now.

Even if that's all you got, Calico, it's good to hear from you.

I've had work, lessons, and church so far today.
Our barn cats have had 4 kittens, so I saw them running around in the barn today. Last year we had at least a dozen kittens, but none survived. I'm thinking it is because there was a fox seen in the yard, several times.

Good choices. I enjoy reading Jane Austin. I have two copies of Pride and Predjudice, because I wanted a copy with a picture of Keira Knightly and the cover. I love that version. I have the book, DVD, CD, and sheet music.

Hey guys been busy chatting again I see

Indy...I want to come and live with you and my job would be to live in the barn and protect the pussy cats I'd have a big bag of food so that when the fox comes around I can give it something to eat so they don't have a kitten snack, I expect the fox has babies to feed too

I only saw some of the Michael Jackson memorial, there were a few people there The young Welsh boy that was on Britain's Got Talent sang there, I didn't know that MJ had seen his performance on Youtube and had asked him to join him on stage at the London concerts.

I lot of the news that day here was memorials for the London tube bombings, that's been four years now, quite unbelievable.

Kimmie...When I hear you talk about the shops you've been to I remember going to some of them with you We went grocery shopping and to the libary with your mam. I want to go to that diner again where we sat at the counter and I had a "Hot Digitty Dog" That place was so 50's like I thought I was in Back To The Future

Say hi to your mam for me and give her these

CC...Hello

Dawnie
