I saw in the paper today that Emilie De Ravins movie The Perfect Game is now out in theaters in select cities. Wow our Emiie is one busy girl this year.

I just received the most amazing news from my friend Lisa who I worked with in acting in her short film Layla's Millstone two months ago. She just found out that her short film got made the Short Film Corner at the 2010 Cannes Film Festival! I am so excited and beyond thrilled over this news! So that means the short film will be shown there and then start to make it's way to the film festival circuit! I am so excited for my friend Lisa. She really deserves it as well as the whole cast and crew who worked so hard on this project. It was really a labor of love!
I can't wait to see the film at our cast/viewing party before we see her off to Cannes next month! So cool I can say that I now acted in a short film that will be shown at Cannes! Very exciting! Thank you everyone! I am beyong thrilled for my friend Lisa being I know how hard she worked on this film and how this subject of FGM really means a lot to her in wanting to inform people about the topic. However she does it in a really personal way so it is not too over the top but gets the message across. I am not sure yet if I am going to Cannes! Wow that would be a dream come true if I did. I always wanted to go to that Film Festival and that fact that a short film that I acted in will be showing at it is beyond amazing! We shall see. Either way I am beyong excited and also thrilled to say that I acted in a short film that made it to Cannes! I am sure it will make it's way to other film festivals as well. Hope all is well. __________________

hope all is well with you!I saw that Colin will be in a new TV show called The Good Guys. It will premiere soon. I saw The Chameleon at the 2010 Tribeca film Festival. The movie was really good and Emilie did an amazing job. It was so crazy how it was all based on a true story about mistaken identities and missing people. __________________
