I always liked Tess and Kyle together too.I like their back and forth relationship and Tess didn't have to kiss Kyle's butt for him to like her like she had to do with Max.

I mean she just feelt him knowning what he did known in the s2 finale. And she loved him alot...so i tihnk she was kinda depress for him love when she came back in s3. But she had killed someone , so what did she belive he would do. And he kinda had moved on so.
